The documentary is a video journey during the waning days of the 2004 presidential election. Weaving his way across the Southwest through a line of “swing states”, filmmaker Tom Drew explores the issues facing our country which so divided us then and now: God, gays, guns, the Iraq War and the Great Divider, George Bush.
But despite the deep divisions, this compelling documentary also aims to show what the colorful tapestry of Americans profiled have in common, and thus what unites us as a country.
If you have an interest in politics and the American spirit, then hitch a ride to take in the scenery on this road of discovery during one of the most divisive times in our country.
